Darcy was very prompt arriving within his prior phone call time estimate. He was able to detect the problem quickly. I liked that he was able to display several faucet options allowing us to pick the one we liked best. It looks even better installed. We're happy to have the shut off valves installed as well; they were much needed. We would gladly refer ProStar to anyone. Thank you Darcy for your professionalism.

The furnace repair experience started off great with the first call and only got better. Gerry was more responsive than I anticipated, and when I wasn't ready for him he made it work without question. The site inspection was fast and estimates for work had options; no guesswork about the final bill. The actual repair was less than an hour. I felt that I made the right choice for the repair and the warranty has me at ease even more so.

Had used prostar to auger my sink last year and called them up for a leak on the humidifier line connected to my hot water heater. Need a quick response due to selling the house. They were quick and courteous. Got to work quickly and sorted my problem. Explained everything and made sure I understood how to deal with with the problem should I see it again in the new house we bought.

Had a furnace issue during one of the coldest weeks of the year. Gerry from ProStar was able to provide a last minute service call and quickly diagnosed the issue. Within 2 hours, Gerry was able to replace the faulty parts and bring my furnace back to full operation. Would highly recommend and use ProStar's services in the future!
